Alert Response Services, Inc. (d.b.a.) Alert Inc., a Georgia corporation, was founded in Macon, Georgia in 1986 by Wayne Arrington. Wayne Arrington, company owner and CEO, is a retired law enforcement criminal investigator who has served on numerous bank security group committees and has worked extensively with a large number of bank security divisions.

Alert’s services are provided primarily to the banking industry. Alert Inc. was one of the first companies to provide personalized ATM services to the local banking community. The company was started when the owner was approached by members of the banking industry who were unable to locate a company who would provide personalized, quality ATM service. Providing services of the highest caliber that are responsive to the individual business's needs is not only how our business was started but how we operate on a daily basis.

Alert, Inc. mission statement is to provide quality services to the business industry at the most competitive rates available. We pride ourselves in providing quality services with employees of unquestionable integrity.

The majority of Alert’s employees are state certified law enforcement officers. Alert compensates its employees approximately three times the hourly pay rate of other companies providing the same services, this also enables the company to have a virtually zero turnover rate. During the past 25 years of operation Alert has never had to pay a loss; this is directly contributed to our methods of operation and the integrity of our employees.

Kaba® Mas Cencon system was procured by our company in September 2004. The Cencon system, originally designed for military applications, allows for a one time use combination and provides an audit trail of all access to ATM. Alert Inc. has the capability of all three modes of the Cencon system, allowing us to provide ATM Bank, Route, and First Line Maintenance modes and dispatch center.
